Cliff Webb has lived on the South Texas Coast all his
life and acquired his love of fishing at a very young age. He
grew up in Corpus Christi where his father was a game warden for
Texas Parks and Wildlife. Cliff frequently fished in the Laguna
Madre and Baffin Bay areas as he continued to refine his technique
in finding the “big fish.”

Cliff developed his fishing
into a specialty and became a professional guide in 1983. He now
enjoys sharing the “fishing experience” with many pleased customers.
He is known for his expertise in using artificial lures and his
ability to adapt to changing conditions when the need arises. In the
winter and spring, he might wade fish from daylight until dark to
bring in a trophy trout. In the summer and fall, he might drift fish
or even use the trolling motor to work drop offs. Whatever changes
arise, Cliff is prepared.
Cliff's major
sponsors are: Maverick Boat Co., Seaguar, Mustad, Power Pro
and Waterloo Rod Company, USA, Bass Assassin Lures, Yamaha Motor
Corp., MotorGuide, Ronnie's Marine, Mirrolure, Costa Del Mar Sunglasses
and SmartShield Sunscreen.
Cliff contributes to a monthly fishing report with Gulf Coast
Connections Magazine. In Feb. 05, he hosted David Sikes, a writer
with the
C.C. Caller Times, on big trout fishing. In 2002, Cliff was
featured in a book, Texas Tides by Tosh Brown. Through the years,
he's been featured in articles by Doug Pike with the
Houston Chronicle and
Tide Magazine, as well as several cover shots with
Saltwater Angler Magazine.
In 2004, he did a TV Show for Outdoor Trails on Speckled Trout
fishing. Through the years, he's been very fortunate to have been
invited to do TV Shows with Nolan Ryan on Fox Sports, with Terry
Bradshaw on TNN, Fishing the West, and many Fishing Texas Shows.
Cliff's fishing boats currently
